Dustin Reneau founded Double R Services in March 2021, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience to the business. Starting at just 18 years old in 2004, Dustin ran heavy equipment for oil field and commercial dirt contractors, later spending time in surface coal mining before launching his own company. Based near Mooringsport in Northwest Louisiana, Dustin and his crew now serve rural landowners, property developers, and homebuilders across Northwest Louisiana and East Texas.
Today, Double R Services offers land clearing, forestry mulching, site prep, excavation, driveways, drainage, demolition, and pond construction. What sets the business apart is Dustin’s hands-on approach: every estimate is delivered in person, every job is discussed directly with the customer, and every piece of equipment is operated by Dustin or his long-time crew member — not a call center or a subcontracted lead-gen service.
Double R Services’ forestry mulching service uses a tracked mulcher to clear brush, overgrowth, and small trees, grinding them into mulch in place — without the mess or debris haul-off of traditional clearing methods.
Dustin walks the property with you in person to understand the goal — a house pad, a hunting trail, a cleared pasture, or a full site prep — and provides a straightforward quote. No call centers, no pre-packaged leads, just a direct conversation.
The site is assessed for equipment access, drainage, and any permitting needed for larger site prep, house pad, or development jobs. Rural and residential jobs typically move straight to scheduling.
Equipment is hauled to the site and staged — track hoe, forestry mulcher, mini skid steer, and dump trucks, matched to the scope of the job.
Land is cleared, mulched, graded, or excavated to the agreed scope, with the right machine for the terrain and the goal.
The site is cleaned up and Dustin walks the finished job with you to confirm everything meets expectations before he leaves.
